About
Country boy, born and raised in the Appalachian mountains. My dad’s a hard ass and mom’s a sweetheart, two younger siblings, growing up wasn’t easy but made me who I am now. Tae Kwon Do and wrestling were forced, biking and skiing were the rewards. In 2010 I ran away to Wyoming, chasing an idea that I still can’t believe came true. I was accepted into the Hostel and ski bum culture that rewards fast charging skiers with no regard for life outside the tram. In 2014 the pursuit took me to Chamonix, giving me a masters in steep skiing and culture that has led to life long friendships. Pushing Black Crows skis and skiing dangerous lines was all I lived for, until a string of accidents and deaths matured me into the man that I am now. I started to live for summers again… Time spent on the bike was the longevity I needed. I was able to keep the stoke from winter rolling into summer and back. Racing enduros was new and refreshing after winters in ski boots. Bikes were getting faster and faster, so was I. Shooting videos winter and summer, I was the luckiest guy around. Knowing I wasn’t the best at either, I picked up my own camera, showing how epic my friends are. Now that I feel confident in my skills, I’d like to share them with you…
